• 1 bedroom property – £150 + VAT
• 2 bedroom property – £175 + VAT

This is a fee guideline and may vary depending on the tenancy.

Some landlords use their own contracts/referencing processes/inventories and charge for these. Should this be the case then the above may vary as the amount payable would be subject to that specific landlord’s fees and charges.
